The banking group, formerly known as Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), will use the technology for detailed and FCA-compliant risk-scoring, enhanced due diligence, monitoring and reporting across its brands, which includes Natwest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank and Coutts.
